1. Fill out this form with your name, email address and date of birth. The webpage with the form uses Adobe Flash Player in case you may need to download it to display that page.
2. Copy your unique code after you submit your form you'll see your code on the screen and you'll also get it by email.
3. Log in to Shutterfly and click on "My Account" at the very top right.
4. Look at the bottom of the page for the "Enter Special Offer Code" to load that free photo book coupon code into your account.
5. You can then see it when you click on "My Special Offers" and it will ask you anytime you checkout if you'd like to apply it to your order. The expiration date is January 30.
6. Just pay shipping when you create your free 8x8 soft cover 20=page photo book. When you use your coupon it does not apply towards shipping which should cost only $4.99.
