Terracycle goes one enormous step further with their Paying it Forward to Mother Earth by creating Brigades. Brigades sign up to collect a particular discard -cell phones, computer parts, elmer's glue, lay's chip bag, and more. By joining a Brigade, you get paid .02 cents for each item you turn in - an item which would have ended up in a landfill otherwise.

You may also simply join a team which has been started in your area.

This is an easy fundraising opportunity for team moms, room reps, teachers, scout troops, an church organizations to participate in. The list is endless really and your group earns money as well as helping the environment.
