We have both the ERGObaby carrier and the BabyBjorn that was gifted to us and I must say the ERGObaby is much more comfortable to use and you're able to use it on babies when they are young and don't have much neck support with the infant insert (as shown in the image above) whereas the BabyBjorn you don't have that option. The Ergo carrier has been a life saver for me when I need to get house chores done yet have to put baby E down for a nap - I will strap him in and proceed with my dish washing or what not and when he is sound asleep I will either let him continue sleeping in the carrier or remove him from the carrier and drop him off in his crib.  I would highly recommend checking out the ERGObaby carrier for those who are interested in using a baby carrier.
