Enjoy the largest celebration of the King of Cheese and join cheesemongers at your local Whole Foods Market store as they crack an entire wheel of cheese produced at Caseficio Sociale Palazzo located in Parma, Italy. In addition to the carving of this massive 85-pound wheel of cheese, in-store events will include samples and cheese pairings.
To kick off the King of Cheese event starting today, March 9th - Sunday, March 11th parmigiano-reggiano is on sale for $14.99/lb (reg. $21.99/lb) that's a savings of $7 per pound.
