Super Toy and Comic Book Show in San Jose on August 18th

For all you toy enthusiasts, comic book and record collectors on Saturday, August 18th from 9am - 4:30pm at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds there will be a Super Toy and Comic Book Show. Note admission is $5; Kids under 12 $3 and the Fairgrounds charges $8 for parking.

Over 200+ toy, comic book and record vendors sell new and vintage items during this one-day event. There will be a huge variety of Hot Wheels, GI Joes, LEGO, Godzilla, dolls, Transformers, Star Wars, Disney, model kits, robots…rock n roll, jazz, surf, pop, hip hop, blues…records. Marvel, DC and small press comic books.

Celebrity appearances include:

Actor and body building legend Lou Ferrigno (Incredible Hulk in the original 1970′s Television series) is scheduled to appear.

Actress Dawn Wells (Mary Ann from Gilligan’s Island) is scheduled to be one of the special guests.

Actress Amanda Bearse (Amy from Fright Night; Marcy D’Arcy from Married with Children) is scheduled to be at the show as well.
